C501 Standard type

Standard chemical properties*：

Oxygen resistance：<50cm3/(m2.24h.0.1mpa)

Water resistance：<30g/(m2.24h.0.1mpa)

* The properties are possible to be improved according to requests by adjusting thickness or materials. For example, to replace PA with EVOH for better chemical performance.

C503 For adapting to the mold dimensions during the cooking process

The product structure is the same with C501, which is manufactured by a co-extrusion process of five layers with raw materials that comply with the food grade for usage of products as packing materials in food industry, but adopting the imported material from UBE, Japan for better and softer physical properties for cooking process.

The transversal and longitudinal shrinkage ratio could be adjusted freely in the range of 5%~30%.

C506 Easy to peel type

The product structure is manufactured by a co-extrusion process of five layers with raw materials that comply with the food grade for usage of products as packing materials in food industry.

C507/C508 High barrier type

The product structure is manufactured by a co-extrusion process of five layers with raw materials that comply with the food grade for usage of products as packing materials in food industry.

Different from the standard type of C501, we replace the layer of PA/PE with EVOH/COC for better Oxygen and water resistance.

C509 High strength type

The product structure is the same with the standard type of the multi-layer compound co-extruded casing C501. The strength is much more improved for special products like artificial steak.
